THE CONSTRUCTION OF OUR POOLS HAS 5 LAYERS THAT GUARANTEE DURABILITY AND RESISTANCE OVER TIME.
1. Top Coat
MARBLE TECH™ Top coat layer is chemical resistant and UV stabilising.
2. Vinylester resin
Waterproof epoxy base for guaranteed protection against osmosis.
3. Protection
Two structural layers of glass fibre to obtain the necessary thickness.
4. Closed beam
The closed beam construction offers the most solid solution available in the industry for the construction of a swimming pool.
5. Gel Coat
Gel Coat coating for maximum protection of the laminate.
6. 50 years structural guarantee
Thanks to the 5 layers that make up the body of our pools, we can guarantee their structure for at least 50 years.

PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
Pool Armour’s protection technology is a combination of 3 elements: Marble Tech, Trans Tech™ and Flo Tech. By combining these 3 technologies, the best possible pool quality is achieved and a 50 year structural guarantee is offered. Pool Armour is unique to Freedom Pools.

- The closed beam construction allows the crown of the pool to be integrated into the pool without the need for a perimeter strip when it is installed without fear of sinking or deformation of the crown.
- The 45° angle reinforcements under the steps provide maximum strength and structural stability.
- 7 mm diameter reinforcements throughout the entire bowl for added strength.
- Rounded inner corners for easy cleaning.
- Slip protection.
- Flat walls for easy cleaning.
- Flow coat primer on the outside of the pool to protect the laminate.
- The accesses to the pool do not take away space from the bathing area.
EPOXY-BASED VINYL ESTER RESIN
- Epoxy resins are considered to be high-performance resins, as their physico-chemical properties are excellent: waterproof, chemical protection, resistant to drastic temperature changes and seismic movements.
- In our swimming pool constructions, the quality of the raw materials is a constant subject to continuous review.
